POSITION: Immediate opening for a Director of Architecture/Registered Architect
JOB DESCRIPTION: The candiate must be Registered in the State of Texas. As a multi-disciplined company, we are aggressively re-branding and focusing efforts in development of the Architectural Department. As we do this, we are sharing the space our engineers occupy with anticipation of expansion to another location.
QUALIFICATONS:
5+ yrs experience as Registered Architect
Public/commercial project experience
Ability to make independent decisions
Ability to contribute to office development
Ability to work collaboratively on Marketing for current and future growth.
Experience composing contracts and other supporting or marketing documentation
Able to contribute, participate and manage project phases from conceptual through CA
Possess good communication skills
Must be client oriented
Must have desire to grow professionally and personally
Flexible scheduling a desire
