San Gabriel Presbyterian Church, Pflugerville, Texas (2007)

A truly rewarding experience, the design service provided a new church for a congregation whose members had been worshipping from a metal building. The new church contained a new Sanctuary (with 26’ tall sloped ceiling and a raised platform with tiered choir stand), education and administration rooms, lavatories, kitchen, narthex, library and choir rooms. The design material palette blended stone and stucco with a metal roof in the Texas Hill Country-style and a color palette evoking a tranquil, serene atmosphere.
